We are a small family run business in the heart of the Ribble Valley who love all things Italian. So was born our Piaggio Ape mobile bar, and Pizza Oven for evening food and events at Browsholme Hall & the Tithe Barn.

Roland Parker

Roland studied industrial Design at Loughborough University, before returning to his roots in Lancashire.
Here (what are the chances) he met his now wife, Aurora, at one of our Pizza Evenings at Browsholme! Aurora comes from La Sepzia in Italy, and is our authentic Italian taste tester.

Eleanor Thorpe

Eleanor studied Spanish and Italian at St Andrews University and lived in Italy for over a year. After a spell travelling the world and working as a mountain leader returned to the family business and her first love, the Ribble Valley.
